Joining the Program By filling out the following form you will automatically become a BuildTraffic.com affiliate. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise the BuildTraffic site and receive a commission based on products and services purchased by your referred individuals. 2. Revocation of Affiliate Status Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities 3. Linking to BuildTraffic.com You may use graphic and text links both on your web site and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by BuildTraffic.com, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in paragraph 2. 4. Affiliate Commissions You will be paid 30% of the purchase price of BuildTraffic.com's Gold Submission Plan, BuildTraffic Pro, or BuildTraffic Std software directly generated by your hyperlinks. You will also be paid an additional 10% commission on the fees generated by webmasters you refer to the BuildTraffic.com affiliate program. In addition you will receive a $15.00 referial fee and $5.00 second tier fee on any Banner Advertising sold. You will NOT receive affiliate commission on products or services bought by yourself or your company. Affiliate commissions will be paid out monthly with a minimum check value of $50. If the minimum value isn't reached in 6 months time - the check will be given for the value under $50. If the referred product or service was refunded, money was reimbursed or a credit card charge backs occurred, BuildTraffic.com has the right to deduct the appropriate commissions. 5. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when either you or BuildTraffic.com terminates your affiliate status. The terms of this agreement may be modified at any time by BuildTraffic.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate status. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change. 6. Liability BuildTraffic.com will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program. BuildTraffic.com does not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site.
