Tags

We also use “web beacons,” “pixel tags,” “clear GIFs,” or similar means (individually or collectively “Tags”) on our Website. A Tag is an electronic image, often a single pixel, embedded on web pages. Tags are ordinarily not visible to users. Tags allow us to count the number of users who have visited certain pages of the Website, to deliver branded services, and to generate statistics about how our Website is used.

We use the services of third party companies to help us carry out and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. For example, these third party companies may ensure that you are shown ads at appropriate frequencies, so that you do not see the same ad repeatedly. As part of these services, one or more Tags may be placed on the Website. These Tags do not enable third parties to collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, or other similar information that directly identifies you. Rather, when you visit the Website, these Tags will direct your web browser to contact these third party companies, at which time they may set or read a cookie on your device and collect information about your visit – such as your IP address, cookie ID, which parts of the websites are viewed or clicked, and date/time information.

Currently, we use our own Tags on the Website to enable collection of information about visitors to our Website.

We use information collected from Tags to gather non-personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your computer’s IP address, browser type or the webpage you were visiting before you came to our Website, pages of our Website, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Website, access times and dates, and other statistics.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
•    See what data we have about you, if any.
•    Change/correct any data we have about you.
•    Have us delete any data we have about you.
•    Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Guaranteed Traffic Condition Terms of Service

Guaranteed traffic is a service which delivers a specified number of visitors to your website. Traffic generated by this service is targeted to the category and region chosen with your order.

You are guaranteed that we will deliver the number of visitors you have purchased, to the URL you specify, for as long as your URL remains in compliance with these terms. In the unlikely event that we do not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a pro-rata refund based on the amount of undelivered visitors and your purchase price.

We only rely on our tracking system for the number of hits/visitors sent to your website. Unlike third party counters, we do not have load time to worry about. There are an enormous amount of counters with various load rates and it is impossible to accommodate each customers counter. Our definition of a “visitor” for this service is when a 24 hour unique IP address loads your webpage. This means that any person will not count as a “visitor” to your website twice in the same day.

The source of visitors for this traffic can come from any combination of full page pop-unders and interstitial ads targeted to the category and region selected with your order.

1.2 – BuildTraffic reserves the right to alter, add to or remove parts of this agreement at any time.

2- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

2.1 – BuildTraffic Guaranteed Search Inclusion is a fee-based program provided by BuildTraffic to consider your URL (site or webpage) for inclusion into the organic search results of over 50 major, and hundreds of lesser, search engines for a period of 12 months. Inclusion of your URL(s) is not guaranteed and is subject to the inclusion rules stated in Section 3 (SITE CRITERIA) of this agreement.

2.2 – The fee for consideration of a Guaranteed Search Inclusion Listing is NON-REFUNDABLE and DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SITE WILL BE INCLUDED.

2.3 – The fee for consideration WILL NOT BE REFUNDED if your site is rejected due to content.

2.4 – We strongly discourage using a PayPal account that is tied to a bank account instead of a credit card. We are not responsible for any banking fees or overdraft fees that you may be charged due to insufficient funds in the account tied to your PayPal account.

2.5 – The list of search engines that participate in the Guaranteed Search Inclusion program may change from time to time for a variety of reasons. There may be instances where some search engines have discontinued their participation in our search engine network, are temporarily unavailable or unable to display your URL(s) due to technical problems.

For this reason, BuildTraffic does not warrant that all mentioned search engine network member sites will be active at a given time or able to display purchased Guaranteed Search Inclusion Listings.

3- SITE CRITERIA

3.1 – BuildTraffic will reject any submission, and your fee for consideration WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, for any URL(s) (site or webpage) that are determined by BuildTraffic to include content, services or products that are:

Illegal or in violation of another person’s, or company’s, rights or trademarks;
Gambling Sites that are prohibited by law from being advertised in the USA.
3.2 Technical Guidelines:
The URL must render a live web page. For example, it should not generate any error messages such as “file not found.” Note that unavailable web pages will be re-spidered during subsequent spider runs but pages that repeatedly generate an error message may not be included in the search network.

The web page must be accessible to our spider and must not reside on a secure server (eg https://), use any blocking technologies, or require a username, password, cookie or other authentication.

The web page must contain visible text (not graphics only).

The URL may not contain the following:

Non-printing characters (ASCII value 0-31)
Spaces (32)
International characters (ASCII value 127-255)
Foreign characters: @ ! $ ^ * ( ) ~ ` (ASCII values 64, 33, 36, 94, 42, 40, 41, 126, 96
The URL itself must not be more than 255 characters long.
The URL should not use frames to display the text.
The URL should not use Javascript, Meta refresh or other scripts to load a substitute URL.
The URL should not redirect to a resource not residing on the same server, domain or subdomain. This is not allowed for Guaranteed Search Inclusion pages.

Once a URL is ordered, subsequent changes that do not meet the following terms may require you to purchase additional URLs:

Changes due to typographical error will be allowed only within 30 days of the initial submission.
No URL that is later changed may ever be reactivated by the Customer.
3.3 – BuildTraffic will reject any submission, and your fee for consideration WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, for any website whose URL, as submitted, is unreachable.
3.4 – BuildTraffic reserves the right to consider other criteria for accepting or rejecting a site.

4- LISTING OF SITES

4.1 – BuildTraffic reserves the right to determine how and where an accepted Guaranteed Search Inclusion URL is displayed in the Search Results.
